My air conditioner is only a year old and it's leaking water badly. It's a window mounted air conditioner and I'm afraid the leaking water is going to cause damage to my exterior walls. Do you guys have any ideas or tips?

There are reliable ways to combat this water damage disaster. Let's talk about the four steps you can take, to prevent this from happening to you and your family.

The wax ring is used to seal the drain outlet on the bottom of the toilet to the drain opening in the floor. When a toilet is installed, the ring is placed onto the drain... the toilet is dropped onto the ring... and the toilet bolts (also known as closet bolts) are tightened enough to lock the toilet in place. Are you handy with tools? Did you do well in shop classes in school?

From your own point of view, it is important that the plumber be trustworthy and credible. Ensure the plumber comes with at least two strong references which you can verify. This will help you be more secure and suffer less anxiety.

By the time that you have made your pick, make sure to check ID and Certification. Remember, these individuals will be doing their works inside your home.
